Version 2.0.0

Ok so with the scenery fix and some general updates, it's time to think about what will be in v2.0.0. It should be a fairly short list that's achievable.
- Add some color, currently b&w. I am thinking a cyan shade of blue with white lines and maybe some orange for the hud, sorta synthwavey
- Menu system, currently you're stuck with a single waypoint, it would be nice to be able to
- Create/upload your own waypoint mission or select from existing ones
- Choose which plane you'd like to use
- Choose your starting position/speed etc, weather, general scenario conditions
- Add an exterior Concorde model
- Add an exterior camera view(s) probably a handful on the tarmac and a handful in the air along with a satellite view
- Add topographic map lines to represent terrain geography
- Add global shoreline boundaries, rivers, government borders etc from an existing source dataset, so you know roughly where you are as you're flying around
- Dynamic waypoint portals. This is sorta like what they did in Pilotwings and I think probably Pilotwings 64, it gave you some geometry in the sky to fly though and practice maneuvers etc. Right now my physics model works but some geometry in the sky would be nice for debugging the physics model further. It works fine for normal tubeliner stuff but breaks down at high rates of rotation due to matrix maths and relatively low physics framerate
- 3D cockpit. Are you even a flight sim in 2025 without a 3D cockpit?!? I think to start I'll just render a blank dash, the artificial horizon, and curiously, the INS inertial navigation system, which is really just a front end for my waypoint autopilot system that already works.
- Ground mode. Right now Z=0 is the "ground" but that means nothing to the simulator. This would involve landing and taking off, taxi operations, proably some kind of push back truck, and takeoff...stuff
- Better waypoint format. This could spiral out of control quickly, waypoint databases are huge and ever-changing. Probably support three formats, lat long alt only, waypoint only, and mixed mode.
- Integrate the TUI from the OG flight sim. This is last on my list but I should probably do it as one of the first things, as it presents a lot more live data than console logging fixed data.
